An Expired Testimonial is worth $1,000!!! Why is an expired testimonial worth so much?

An expired testimonial is worth that much because it is validation that you provide a great service by a past or current client. These testimonials are what sway potential clients to decide to list their home with you.

Reach out to clients that previously listed their expired testimonials that you know are happy. Ask them if they were happy with your service and if they could write a testimonial. It is important to get some crucial information in the testimonial and we have included examples below.

An expired testimonial should include the following:

  • It should say in the testimonial that they tried to sell with an agent but it did not sell after X amount of months on the market and their listing expired.
  • It should explain why they like working with you.
  • How many days/months did it take to sell their home with you.
