All of these client marketing techniques provide creative ways for you to increase your brand marketing to current and potential clients as well as to your SOI contacts. The better connected you are with your network of clients and contacts, the better your brand exposure will be.

Successful Realtors® know that the key to building long-term business stability is through referrals. Gaining client testimonials which you can share on your website and through social media accounts can have a significant impact on your online presence. By organizing regular client-focused social events you can keep connected with your client base. We will work with you to plan and organize regular social events hosted by you to connect directly with your overall SOI.

Working with your Marketing Assistant, you can set the pace of your events to the level you prefer. We suggest either monthly, quarterly or annually planned events, or a combination of these frequencies.

The BAB Marketing team will then help you connect and coordinate with local resources needed to plan your event, as well as handle the marketing of your event to encourage client attendance.

Monthly events tend to work well for smaller groups of people (5-20) and allow you to connect directly with each person who attends. This is a positive strategy for the long term, as you will continue to be known as a local community contact whom is approachable and ready to help when a client is in need of a trusted real estate agent.

This can include your preferred vendors and community resource network. Bringing your clients together with your trusted business associates helps create a stronger web of contacts, a win-win for all parties.

Annual events are a great way to get yourself known among your community at large as you can set yourself apart beyond your role as a top-selling agent, highlighting your own personal immersion within your community.

  • Musical Performances
  • Picnic at a Park
  • Group Access to a Local Attraction
