Working With Your Lead Management Assistant

Your Lead Management Assistant is a behind-the-scenes member of your team who will work with you via email to manage your Core Database, update your leads daily, send you Weekly Lead Action reports and Monthly Database Analysis reports.

Prior to starting your Lead Management work, you'll need to have a Lead Management Kickoff call and provide the following information:

We value strong relationships with our clients. Here are some key points to consider when working with your Lead Management Assistant.

  • Lead Management Assistants do not attend phone meetings with clients.
  • Always send messages to your Lead Management Assistant via email, and cc' your Key Assistant. Using email allows us to maintain communication continuity across our teams.
  • Lead Management advising is provided directly as part of your Lead Management service by our database expert Steve Kantor, President of Best Agent Business. You may contact Steve at any time with Lead Management questions.

You can expect the following from your LMA and the Lead Management Team:

  • 1 business day, or less, wait time for email replies
  • A courteous attitude
  • A well maintained and organized database

It’s our goal to have your Lead Management services running like a well-oiled machine at day 100, but we need you to partner with us to make it happen. Over the first 10 weeks, expect to spend an hour per week “with us”. About half that time will probably be communicating with us, with the remainder of time spent reviewing documents we send to you for approval or feedback. As with many things, the “pain” comes before the reward. But, by Day 100 we know you'll be so happy with our services you'll be willing to write a review for us to use on our website.
