Agent Recruit Calling

We have a team of Callers that specialize in assisting agents with their Recruit Calling needs. In most cases, agents request us to recruit agents to join their team, but we can also recruit for Showing Agents and In-house support staff as well.

Our callers will reach out to agents in your area that match the criteria you are looking for. We will call the agent and let them know you have an opening and why joining your team is a great opportunity. All interested agents will be pre-screened during the phone call, and qualified applicants will be scheduled to meet with you, either in person or a phone meeting.

Once an appointment is scheduled, our caller will warm introduce you to the applicant via email, and if you would like, we can instruct the applicant to reply back with their resume and/or results of a DISC profile. After you interview the applicant, the caller will follow up with you for results.

  • Reach out to candidates that are not cruising the want ads for a new brokerage to work for
  • Have someone that specializes in recruiting do your recruiting vs taking on a task that you are not very familiar with
  • Save time by having us do the pre-screening on applicants and only talk to those that are qualified and seriously interested in working for you
  • You have the ability to only pull agents with X transactions per year or X years of experience. You control the data pool that you are recruiting in
  • Consistency in contact. We will follow up with recruits that are not ready to make the move now, but will be ready in the future
  • Save time. Let us bring the agents to you
  • Why not? More agents makes financial sense!

Your Key Assistant can coordinate a Kick Off Call for Agent Recruit Calling. During the scheduling process, you will be asked to fill out a Calling Analysis and sign our Agent Recruit Calling Agreement. You will then be scheduled with a call with the Calling Team Leader to discuss your calling needs.

Each client’s systems is tailored to match that client’s business model. Scripting will vary depending on what you are looking for in an agent (or support staff) and why agents would want to work for you. You will meet with the Calling Team Leader, and after talking, she will develop a system and scripting for you. During the call, she will get to know you and this will help to assign the caller that will be best suited for you.

After you review and approve your system and scripting, your caller will contact you to introduce herself. During this call, feel free to roleplay the scripting in your system, or to “recruit” your caller so she can hear first-hand why agents should come and work for you. Once you approve your caller, we can begin calling.

Generally, our clients provide us with the data to call. If you are not familiar with where to obtain data, we can assist you with sources to obtain data. Once data is obtained, we will create a database within our database for your Agent Recruit Calling. We use our own database to call from as we set it up consistently for each client thus allowing callers to maximize use of their time as they are aces at this database. We also use specific fields and coding to track statistics of your calling and to schedule follow up calls to warm or cold leads that are not ready to make that move yet, but will make that move in the future.

Below you will find several examples of scripting that we use. Please keep in mind that scripting varies from Agent to Agent and reflects that client’s personality, business model and specific requests. During your Kick Off Call we will work with you to develop the perfect scripting for you.

Our Callers are conversationalists, and they do not read scripting verbatim. Our callers personalize the conversation based on the lead’s tone and personality. They will cover all points, but they will do it within a natural, comfortable conversation. After your caller begins calling, they may have suggestions for you on improving scripting. They will reach out to you to discuss any potential changes, and we highly recommend role playing with your caller and bouncing the script back and forth to make minor adjustments as necessary.
