Recruit Process

We are often asked “How long does the recruiting process” take? Well, the normal process takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks and typically looks like this:

  • Phone screen 1
  • Phone screen 2
  • In-person Interview
  • In-person Interview 2

This is a pre-approved 3-4 question email requesting additional information about the candidate determine if they meet basic, minimum qualifications such as licensed, education, etc. We also request they take the FREE Tony Robbins DISC profile assessment in this questionnaire.

Best Agent Business will use a set of pre-approved questions to phone screen the candidate for you. This normally takes between 15-30 minutes.

If the candidate passes the phone screen with us, then we will forward the candidate's information, along with their Resume, Call Notes and DISC assessment to you to phone screen.

If the candidate passes the phone screen, the next step is to invite them in for an in-person interview.

Final interview to narrow down list of candidates to top 3 and decide which person to pursue for hiring.
