Calling Team Information

If you are interested in Calling, please discuss with your Key Assistant, and he/she will assist you in scheduling a Kick Off call with the appropriate person.

When you review our scripting, keep in mind that these are just general examples. Our callers use the scripting as a guideline, and we encourage them to have natural calls with your leads/clients and engage them in conversation. By doing so, we have found that the leads tend to want to open up more and give us more information that you can use in your next conversation with them.

FAQ’s Discussed during your kick off call:

  • Any unique attributes to your business, and we will adjust the scripting accordingly for your business.
  • Our callers will be creating a pipeline for you from your database. Many leads in your database will be looking to purchase three months to one year from the date called. Our caller will keep in touch with these leads until they are ready to purchase, thus developing a solid pipeline of leads. \
  • We also encourage you to speak with your caller frequently, weekly if possible, as a good relationship with your caller leads to better success with your calling results.
  • Regional dialects in your area – if you are not comfortable with a certain accent please let us know during Kick Off.
  • You may speak to your caller prior to starting and we encourage you to roleplay with your caller.
  • Our callers generally call between 12-22 dials per hour with an average of 15 dials per hour with 2-3 live an hour.
  • Coding your database prior to calling beginning.
  • Signing all agreements and approving all scripting.
  • The calling database, we can use Blocked numbers or we can set up a Google Voice number prior to calling beginning. You may set up a Google voice number by clicking this link here: Generally, we find that our success with either way of calling is generally the same results.


Steps following the Kick-Off Call:

  • The team leader will provide you with a “Systems Document” which provides all the information required to begin calling.
  • Review the document
  • Provide information on any changes needed or approve.
  • A caller will be assigned to fit your calling needs.
  • The caller will speak with you by phone prior to beginning calling.


All clients interested in Calling must fill out the Calling Kick Off Analysis prior to the Kick Off if possible as well as the calling agreement. If you are getting Buyer, Seller or FSBO/Expired Lead Calling done, you will need to sign our Calling Agreement below prior to calling starting. This document explains how a pipeline is built, and it will give you a time frame of when to expect results. This documents also explains our Golden Egg Incentive Program.

  • Golden Eggs are a great incentive and drive for our callers to nurture your leads as their own and holds you the client accountable on leads that are indeed ready. Your caller will contact you via phone and email to discuss/follow up Golden Eggs.
  • Definition of a Golden Egg lead: Any lead that is ready to purchase and is at showing stage which is 0 to 3 months from purchase or
    any lead looking to sell within three months is considered a Golden Egg. You are paying about $20 per lead with the objective to turn
    them into Golden Eggs worth $200. Buyer B/C and Seller B/C Lead follow-up is a joint effort, and you as the agent must be an active
    participant. Our callers will do the leg work and present you with leads that are ready to purchase/sell within a 0 to three month
    period of time. Once the Golden Egg is presented to you, you must be diligent about following through.
  • If a Golden Egg is turned in and we've received no response after several reminders and emails it will auto approve after 10 days.
  • An approved Golden Egg gives our callers 1-hour bonus pay.

Calling cannot begin until your Calling agreement is signed. Please be sure to read both the long and short version thoroughly. If you have questions or concerns about the agreement, please email calling@bestagentbusiness.com with the subject line Priority - Calling Agreement Issue, and Steve or Calling Team Leader will address your issue.

What you can expect once calling begins:

  • A Daily Calling Report will be e-mailed to you by your caller following each calling session which will provide you with detailed information on all live calls.
  • A Daily Log will be sent to you from our internal system which will provide you with quantified information on the length of the calling session, contact attempts, number of live contacts and the status of the live contacts.
  • Golden Egg information will be provided to you additionally in a separate e-mail/phone call.
  • Calling Analysis will be performed at designated intervals (interval depends on type of calling) to be sure calling makes financial sense. The analysis will show pipeline growth and is a good indicator of future conversion. You may request to schedule a call with the manager of your account to discuss results. If results are not within norms, the Calling Team Leader will reach out to you to discuss adjusting the system to increase conversion.
