This commitment has been in the agreement you've already been sending to the clients and very frequently it seems that the clients are not paying attention to this or taking it seriously. Clients will begin to complain about their calling results as early as Day 10 or 20 and even though we continue to point them back to the agreement, they don't seem to get it.
