Logins

During Days 1-10 we begin collecting logins for the platforms we'll use to complete your work. Here are the steps to completing this task of collecting login information.

*Note: Do not send any financial logins except your Quickbooks Online logins. We do not keep or store credit card, bank or other financial logins.

Your Key Assistant will work with you to identify which logins we need to begin your work. Please send your logins to your Key Assistant and cc' logins@bestagentbusiness.com. When sending, please include URL, Username and Password.

Here's a list of typical logins needed for each team.

  • Database
    • CRM database(s)
  • Lead Management
    • Lead Source - Ex. RedX, Zillow, etc.
  • Marketing
    • Email Newsletter - Ex. Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.
    • Marketing Programs - Ex. Canva, SendOutCards, Break Through Broker, etc.
    • Printer - Ex. ExpressCopy, Quantum Digital, Click2Mail, etc.
    • Social Media Platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
    • Website(s) - Ex. Personal, Brokerage, etc.
    • LinkedIn
    • Blog - Ex. Wordpress
  • Closing/Listing
    • Closing Platforms - Ex. Dot Loop, Eppraisal, Zip Form, etc.
    • Listing Platforms - Ex. Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc.
  • Accounting
    • Quickbooks Online

Note - Remember, do not send any financial logins except your Quickbooks Online logins. We do not keep or store credit card, bank or other financial logins.

The following is the best format to send logins to us. Using this format ensures that we can quickly check logins without searching for the URL.
